If the drying temperature is too low, the adhesive will not cure completely, the viscosity of the adhesive will be poor, and the composite will not be firm. After a period of time, bubbles are easily formed in the composite film, which will damage the composite quality of the product. Of course, we can choose adhesives with high temperature resistance and good baking properties to adapt to higher temperature drying, such as using polyurethane adhesives.
2、 Increasing the amount of glue applied, if the amount of glue applied is too small or some of the substrate surfaces are not coated with adhesive, it will make it difficult for the two substrates to adhere during lamination. We can choose a mesh roller with deeper mesh holes, or increase the rubber roller pressure and reduce the contact pressure between the scraper and the mesh roller to increase the coating amount on the substrate surface. For some plastic film substrates, corona treatment can be performed before coating to improve the ability of the substrate to adsorb adhesive and increase the amount of adhesive applied on its surface.
3、 Appropriately increasing the composite pressure, excessive composite pressure or uneven pressure at both ends of the composite roller can cause wrinkles on the surface of the composite film, forming empty tunnels at the wrinkles after composite, which affects the bonding strength of the finished product. Properly increasing the composite pressure is beneficial for improving the bonding strength of the composite. In addition, in order to improve the bonding effect and quality of the composite film for dairy packaging, it is necessary to avoid foreign objects, dust, and other debris adhering to the adhesive or substrate composite surface as much as possible. When concluding the operation, carefully observe various problems and faults that occur during the production process, and use the above methods reasonably to eliminate faults. When multiple problems or malfunctions occur, using a single method may not be able to balance them. In this case, it is advisable to avoid using light and heavy packaging machinery, focus on solving key problems, and then choose other methods to solve minor problems one by one
