This machine is a fully automatic one tray two plane mask machine, consisting of one main mask machine connected to two ear strap spot welding machines through a splitter. The mask body is shaped, cut, formed, welded, and punched by the mask machine, and then directly transferred to the splitter machine, and then diverted to the ear strap spot welding machine material tray for ear strap fusion to obtain complete mask products. It realizes fully automated production with a production capacity of 100-120 pieces/minute, meeting the requirements of large-scale production. The equipment only requires one person to operate, and users only need two days of training or video learning to independently debug and produce.
The external ear mask machine can only produce secondary flat masks, while the ring can produce three-dimensional or N95 masks. Whether the masks produced by this machine are medical or not is not related to the machine. As long as the masks are disinfected, the masks produced by this machine can be used to make surgical medical masks.
Commonly used medical masks: mainly composed of three layers of non-woven fabric. The inner layer is made of ordinary non-woven fabric; The outer layer is made of non-woven fabric with waterproof treatment, mainly used to isolate the liquid sprayed by patients; The middle filter layer is made of polypropylene melt blown non-woven fabric that has been subjected to electrostatic treatment; After production, it needs to be disinfected with epoxy ethylene and allowed to stand for 7 days to exert its toxicity. After sealing and packaging, it should be packed and transported away.
