Characteristics: Knitted or flat fabrics containing nylon or extra nylon components are folded in half width and then welded into cylindrical fabrics using ultrasonic welding machines. These fabrics are then sent to a horizontal oblique cutting and rewinding machine, where they are cut at a 45 degree angle and wound up before being sent to a slitting machine for cutting. By using an ultrasonic sewing machine to melt and sew the edges, there are no joints after cutting, which not only saves fabric but also looks beautiful. The wheels are operated by pneumatic cylinders, ensuring good safety.
